ove us toward equity-based practices. The Guideposts address structural, institutional and interpersonal power dynamics in the areas of storytelling, context setting, role validation and practice. More importantly they illuminate pathways to personal and collective healing and world-building. The point of this work is to get free, to free our communities and ourselves from systems of oppression and social conditioning that bind our spirits. Freedom is the path and the destination.
